What to Expect at Your First Consultation
Your initial consultation typically lasts about 90 minutes.
Appointments are Online or In-Person. It’s really essential you won’t be interrupted during the consultation.

At the conclusion of the consultation, I will need a few days to study your health history and symptoms and will issue a prescription within five working days.
The prescription includes details on where to obtain your remedies, as well as information regarding storage, potency, and dosage.
We will discuss the personalised homeopathic plan tailored to you, and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled approximately 4 to 5 weeks later, based on your specific needs.
Your follow-up appointment will last 40 minutes, allowing me to assess your response to the initial prescription before we proceed with your treatment.
It’s important to recognise that a chronic illness does not happen overnight and takes several months or years to develop and to get to a stage that people realise they need help, and you might need more than one homeopathic consultation and prescription during your healing journey, though improvement is noticed by patients as their case layers are treated.

How the process works
You contact me via email to discuss what you would like support with. I explain how it works so that you get a sense of how I work.
If you decide to proceed, the next step is an initial consultation, which can last up to 90 minutes. This allows us to explore your health history and current concerns in depth.
A follow-up appointment is usually scheduled 4 – 5 weeks later to assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan if needed.
A second follow-up is typically recommended 4–8 weeks after that to review further progress.
Beyond this point, we will agree together on the best way to continue your treatment.
After Your Consultation
Once I have assessed your needs, I will recommend a personalised homeopathic treatment plan, which may include:
Homeopathic Prescription – Detailed guidance on the remedies you require, including dosage and timing.
Nutritional Support – Suggestions for specific foods, tinctures, or nutritional supplements to support your health.
- Any other medical and/or alternative advice to support your health.

Please note that remedies are ordered from a nominated homeopathic dispensary. The cost of remedies is not included in the consultation fee.

You will receive a booking confirmation by email, so please check your inbox.

Appointments are In-Person, unless you stated otherwise in the intake form.
You will receive a link to join the call in your booking confirmation. If you arrive late to the appointment, I am not able to extend the time slot as I will have another appointment scheduled after.
All notes, images and information discussed during your appointment are treated as confidential. I do not share this information without prior agreement from yourself first. I work in-line with UK data protection laws.

Payment
Payment is due at the time for booking for all appointments.
Emergency Care
I do not provide emergency care services. If you need emergency care please contact your nearest provider.
Cancellations
You will receive appointment reminders to the email you used to book your appointment 3 days, 2 days and 2 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations less with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee (50% of appointment fee).
Any cancellation refund will be provided minus any processing fees and will be processed in GBP so you may receive a different amount if the currency exchange rate has changed.
